Title: Fantastic for Families

For dads, it would be great if the hotel provided a playground or outdoor area specifically designed for children.

We stayed at this hotel to attend a wedding in nearby bochnia. The staff were wonderfully helpful arranging taxis and giving directions and general info. It was cheap and cheerful!

We booked a double room but our bed was two singles pushed together. This isn't usually a problem except in this case there was a big wooden bedframe in-between the mattresses. Very uncomfortable to roll over onto! Luckily we had plenty of vodka before bed! Also, not in a great location if you were just holidaying in Poland as it's very out of the way.

Lovely staff, spacious room, good location, lovely breakfast. The bbq area in the "barn" is amazing.

There was not coffee/tea facilities in the room but I ask the staff if there was a kettle and very promptly they brought one to the room. Excellent service. The hotel is missing a smoking area outside with table and chairs at proximity. Also a lounge would be nice as there is nowhere else to go in the hotel but your room. These are not complaints just suggestions.

The spa and wellness center was fab! I mean, who doesn't love a salt cave, a Finnish sauna, and a spa bath? I felt relaxed and pampered.

Oh, but who needs a spa open on Sundays and Mondays anyway? Definitely not me.

It was easy to find and the location suited as we went to a family wedding in the town.

The room was very small even though we had booked long before some of our friends. The air conditioning did not work and it was not fixed even though we mentioned it on the 2nd day of our week there. The bar was poorly stocked. I know we are Irish and drink alot however out of stock mixers were not replaced. The staff were not friendly. We asked about a hairdressers and got no helpful information and then found one in the hotel. There was no hair dryer or safe in the rooms.

I always return to this hotel for a weekend getaway. The helpful staff even carried my luggage during my first stay. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, aerobics, health club.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great location of this hotel. The facilities were top-notch, especially the city swimming pool and spa area. Although the spa was closed on Sunday, I still got to enjoy the swimming pool. And let's not forget the amazing pizza place nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and impressive facilities.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a big bath. The hotel's attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was noticeable. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay more enjoyable. The location was quiet and superb, allowing us to relax without the hustle and bustle of the city.

Although the breakfast had a few dishes, it could be improved with more variety, especially in terms of juices. However, all in all, our experience at this hotel was quite satisfactory.

The value for money was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient, being close to the railway station, and the staff were polite and helpful.

Close to the train station. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and within walking distance of key attractions. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and free parking. We found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to move around. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel offered free parking, which was a nice addition. Helpful staff. The staff at this hotel is friendly and always willing to assist with anything we needed.

This hotel is in a prime location close to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. it's close to everything important. the rooms are decent, and the family room provides enough space for a comfortable stay. the connected swimming pool is a plus, especially if you're traveling with kids.

The quality of the food at breakfast and dinner leaves a lot to be desired.
